Submit a Referral

Upon receipt of referral, you will receive the profiles of appropriately skilled and located experts with their associated fixed fee and timescales.

 

Once selected, our expert will make contact with the service user within 48 hours. We will immediately schedule mid-point and post-submission review meetings with your designated contact and Local Authority Social Worker.


If required, we will initiate all statutory checks including Enhanced DBS and medical checks within the first week of commencing the assessment.

 

Throughout the duration of the assessment, you will have open communication with the expert undertaking the work, and a case manager with oversight.

 

Prior to submission, the allocated Quality Assurer will review the assessment report with the expert and any flaws or inconsistencies in the report will be identified & remediated. Our QA process ensures that a finalised signed copy of the assessment report can be securely submitted on your specified completion date.
